To supply our own needs for Open Frame Monitors for the entertainment industry, we started designing and building monitors on site in Ansfelden (Upper Austria) in 2013. We use this hands-on experience to develop individual customer solutions in addition to suitable standard products for various industries. We distribute our premium Open Frame Monitors straight to you with short lead times.

Our location in Austria allows us to combine rapid innovation cycles, our ever-increasing know-how and consistently appealing quality in our products and services. In long-term partnerships and collaborations, framework contracts are then often concluded. syreta uni retail GmbH is a key player in the retail revolution. The Upper Austrian company develops digital shops that are open 365 days a year.

Check-in and payment are completed via interactive touch screens. This makes the stores autonomous, with no need for sales personnel. Reliable and sturdy monitors in an attractive design support independent processing.

The pathway to success

For optimal control of the purchasing process, syreta relies on an app and server solution developed in-house, which offers flexible usage options and can be adapted to the shop size. The shop can be managed and operated using the app and sensors.

A monitor designed for the outdoor area displays check-in instructions for the shop visitors. A different monitor is used for check-out. Payment is easy and precise via the touch screen. With their elegant design as well as a range of additional complex application areas, the monitors integrate seamlessly into the UNIBox.

The result

With the help of the monitors, shop visitors complete their purchases quickly and easily. Simple and precise touch screen operation using PCAP technology helps ensure a comfortable user experience. The monitor has an elegant look thanks to its flush-mounted design.
