If a defect occurs within the manufacturer’s warranty period, our Bring-In Service provides a fast and convenient solution. The device will be repaired or replaced at our facility in Austria and then sent back to you.

Outside the manufacturer's warranty, we reserve the right to charge for the newly delivered replacement device at the current online price. In the next step, you will find out how the exchange process works!
