Within the manufacturer's warranty, your monitor will be replaced directly on site in Austria or Germany in the event of defects. Please make sure the defective product is located at this address. 

Outside the manufacturer's warranty, we reserve the right to charge for the newly delivered replacement device at the current online price. In the next step, you will find out how the exchange process works!
